and help you in your search for new career goals. Because your most important personal resource for successfully entering the labour market is your health.
With us, you receive the counselling and support you need in individual coaching, i.e. an action plan,
which is tailored to your individual needs. You will take a close look at your health and your prospects on the labour market.
Our experts (health coach and, if required, an occupational physician and/or occupational psychologist/psychologist) are there for you!

PEDAGOGICAL APPROACH
New goals must be found and set. Stabilisation is necessary first. Restrictions are analysed and an action plan drawn up. The aim of coaching is to get moving - both physically and mentally. This is because movement leads to changes that - if channelled correctly - have positive effects on all areas of life and are particularly beneficial for returning to work. Coaching takes place twice a week in individual one-to-one sessions. Our experts can thus ensure that you can address your questions and problems in a protected environment. If you wish, you can also take part in workshops on health and the labour market.
