- Introduction to the use of digital services offered by the job centre and the employment agency (e.g. personalisation in the jobcenter.digital online portal, use of benefits: Filling out forms online and sending them securely, communicating changes online, assistance with applications, dealing with matters around the clock, avoiding waiting times and travelling stress, saving postage with online applications, meeting deadlines more easily; using the JOBBÖRSE of the Employment Agency, etc.).

- Self-marketing and application strategies
