Possibilities
Salespeople sell goods and services. To do this, they inform and advise customers and offer services. They accept goods, label them and present them accordingly. They also check the stock, carry out quality controls, reorder goods and accept complaints. We offer intensive training, including preparation for the final examination at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. The training content is based on the current framework syllabus for the job description. You will practise exactly the content you need to successfully pass the final examination.
Pedagogical approach
The retraining programme is divided into theoretical and practical phases, which are supplemented by an in-company internship.

TARGET GROUPS
Customers who fulfil the requirements for participation in a retraining course after examination by the funding agency, have a secondary school leaving certificate (exceptions are possible) and have successfully taken part in our vocational aptitude test.

The qualification can be funded by the employment agency/job centre in the form of an education voucher. The duration of the funding depends on the educational objective planning of the local needs organisation.
