WITH ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION AS AN ELECTROTECHNICALLY INSTRUCTED PERSON
The cleaning specialist, also known as a building cleaner (m/f/d), is one of the physically active professions. The main task of cleaning specialists is to remove various types of dirt from a wide range of surfaces and buildings. Above all, cleaning specialists are needed for the maintenance of interiors and exteriors of buildings. For example, they keep corridors, rooms and sanitary areas clean in office buildings and stairwells and outdoor areas in residential complexes. They clean facades, glass roofs and sun protection systems. In manufacturing plants, they clean production halls and facilities, in public transport they collect waste, clean seats, floors and windows. They ensure hygiene in hospitals, in food production or in swimming pools. If they detect pest infestations in their work areas, they initiate deterrent and control measures. They dispose of waste, contaminated materials and dirty water in an environmentally friendly manner. Another plus in the application process is a class B driving licence, which is required for mobile assignments.
